You MUST bring a hand held light or headlamp - you will not be able to go on the course with out it. REFUND, RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION POLICY We reserve the right to reschedule if it becomes necessary due to inadequate sales, inclement or threatening weather, or any reason that would warrant a change in venue or date. In the unlikely event of a venue or date change their will be no refunds or credits available of any type as long as the event is rescheduled within 60 days or 60 miles of the original venue and original date. In the event of a cancellation or inability to reschedule within 60 days or 60 miles of the original date and venue we will provide a full refund to the credit card that was used when the registration was purchased.
